Niuxintuo Town, belonging to Liaozhong District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Liaozhong District, adjacent to manduhu town in the East, Taian County, Anshan City in the south, Heishan County, Jinzhou City in the west, daheigangzi town in the north, with an administrative area of 113.8 square kilometers.

In 1956, the small township system was called Niuxintuo Township, belonging to eight districts of manduhu; in 2010, Niuxintuo township was changed into a town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Niu Xin Tuo Town was 20331. As of June 2020, Niuxintuo town has jurisdiction over 12 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Niuxintuo village.

History of construction

In 1956, the small township system was called Niuxintuo Township, belonging to eight districts of manduhu.

In 1958, it belonged to manduhu Chaomei commune; in October of the same year, it established Niuxintuo commune.

In 1983, Niuxintuo was transformed into a township.

In 2010, Niuxintuo township was transformed into a town.
