Liujianfang Town, belonging to Liaozhong District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Liaozhong district. It faces xiaozhaimen town across Puhe River in the East, zhujiafang town in the south, Daniu town in Taian County, Anshan City across Liaohe River in the west, and Liaozhong District in the north, with an administrative area of 99.03 square kilometers.
During the period of the Republic of China, liujianfang town belonged to the Second District of Liaozhong County; in May 2010, liujianfang township was transformed into a town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in six towns was 25805. As of June 2020, liujianfang town has jurisdiction over 14 administrative villages, and the people's Government of liujianfang town is located in liujianfang village.
In 2011, the total revenue of six housing towns was 6.8 million yuan, an increase of 62% over the previous year. Among them, the local fiscal revenue was 405000 yuan, an increase of 15.7% over the previous year. In 2018, there were 31 industrial enterprises in six housing towns, including one above scale and 25 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
During the period of the Republic of China, liujianfang town belonged to the Second District of Liaozhong County.
In June 1958, six housing communes were set up.
In September 1983, it was changed to liujianfang township.
In May 2010, liujianfang township was transformed into a town.
