Zaohua Street

Zaohua street, belonging to Yuhong District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Hongqu district. It is connected by Beiling Street and Daoyi street in Shenbei New District in the East, Zhonghai city in Beiling Street in the south, mashanjia street in the west, Qiujia village in Pingluo in the northwest, Puhe Street in the north and huangtukan village in Pingluo street in the northeast. It covers a total area of 42.9 square kilometers.

In 1958, Zaohua commune was set up; on January 31, 2007, Zaohua town was transformed into a street. At the end of 2011, the total population of Zaohua street was 36466. History of construction

History and culture

Zaohuatun village was originally named gezhenbao. During the reign of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1661), a large family of Zhang family caught fire and was extinguished by heavy rain. Later, the people changed their name to zaohuatun in order to avoid fire. The street got its name.
