Pingluo street, belonging to Yuhong District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of the district. It borders Shenbei New District in the East, guodaqiao village in the southeast, Puhe River in the south, qianxintai village and houxintai village in the southwest, Shilihe village in Guanghui street in the west, Zhoujia Village in Guanghui street in the northwest and Xin'an village in Guanghui street in the north The village is bounded by the Jiulong River and borders on the new countryside of Shenbei New District in the northeast, with a total area of 66.3 square kilometers.
On March 12, 1949, Pingluo was divided into two districts, namely, mashanjia district; on March 5, 1965, Pingluo was divided into Hongqu district; on July 8, 2007, Pingluo was transformed into a street. As of June 2020, Pingluo sub district has jurisdiction over 20 administrative villages, and the sub district office is located in Pingluo village.

On March 12, 1949, two districts were established. Pingluo belonged to mashanjia district.
On July 25, 1956, it was assigned to Shenyang County.
On December 31, 1959, Shenyang County was assigned to Shenyang City and Pingluo to Huanggu District.
In 1961, it was transferred from the Ma family to the Luo commune in Jianping.
On April 12, 1963, Pingluo was assigned to Xinchengzi District.
On March 5, 1965, it was classified as flood area.
In 1983, luoxiang, Jianping County was established.
On February 13, 1985, Pingluo township was transformed into a town.
On July 8, 2007, Pingluo town was transformed into a street.
