Cailuo street, belonging to Shenbei New District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the west of Shenbei New District. It is adjacent to Hushitai street in the East, Daoyi street in the south, Yinjia street in the west, Xinglongtai street in the northwest and Shenbei street in the northeast. The maximum distance between East and West is 10 km, and the maximum distance between North and south is 6.6 km, with a total area of 66 square kilometers.
