History of construction

In 1965, Lingdong commune was set up, with jurisdiction over liutiaohu, Lingdong, Dongyao, Xiyao, sengzi, Guanyin, Tianyi, Fangxi, sitaizi and Qianjin 10 villages.

In June 1983, Lingdong commune was changed to Lingdong township.

In December 2002, it was changed to Lingdong street.
