Xinbei street, established in 2010, is located in the middle of Binhai New Area of Tianjin. It starts from Jingshan railway in the East, adjacent to Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, and ends at Jingjintang highway and its extension in the south, adjacent to Hangzhou Road street. Evolution of organizational system
In November 2009, the State Council approved Tianjin to adjust some administrative divisions, abolish Tanggu District, Hangu district and Dagang District of Tianjin, and establish Tianjin Binhai New Area, with the former three administrative regions as the administrative regions of Binhai New Area.

On the morning of September 26, 2013, Tianjin held a "mobilization meeting to deepen the reform of the management system of Binhai New Area", which abolished the working committee and Management Committee of Tanggu, Hangu and Dagang, and led the work of each town by Binhai New Area District Committee and district government. This means that Tanggu, Hangu and Dagang, as the names of district and county level, have disappeared since then.
According to the relevant plan, the existing 27 streets and towns in Binhai New Area are integrated into 19.
