CaiMuShan Township

CaiMuShan township is located in the north of Duolun County, adjacent to Dahekou Township in the East, Naoer town in the south, Lanqi and Wuyi in the west, Keqi and mechanical forest farm in the north. With a total area of 1241.43 square kilometers, the township governs 11 administrative villages and 76 villager groups, with a total of 8512 people (2017) and a cultivated land area of 140325.06 mu. The population distribution is concentrated in the South and vast in the north. The township is rich in water resources, including Heifeng River, lightning River, turugen River and Luanhe River. Shuangshan reservoir was built in Paotai village. The south is rich in stone, clay and mineral resources, while the north is rich in grassland resources and forest tourism resources. There are six brick factories, four stone factories, two Yingshi mines and one coal mine in the township. The key enterprises settled in the territory are: GCL coal mine, Baoxiang Lvfeng company, shengshixing ecological planting and breeding company, super base, Beida dixinpulao company. In 2007, the per capita net income of farmers reached 4200 yuan.

Agriculture

In 2008, 150000 mu of crops were sown, including 45000 mu of potatoes, 17000 mu of carrots, 30000 mu of solid corn, 30000 mu of silage, 23000 mu of barley (including 18000 mu of orders signed by Yihe village and Chifeng Yanjing Beer Group), and 5000 mu of other crops. The breeding industry is mainly black and white dairy cattle and high-quality beef cattle. There are 2780 cows and 27831 beef cattle in the township.

Animal husbandry

There are 1.2564 million mu of grassland with double rights and one system, 1809 livestock sheds and 31 cold distribution stations. All of them are improved by cold distribution, with the matching rate reaching 85% and the conception rate reaching 92%.

Water conservancy construction

In 2007, 220 small pipe wells were drilled, with a total of 1949. 50 sets of drought resistant equipment were distributed, and the irrigation area reached 28000 mu. The area of irrigated land is 23600 mu, 1.8 mu per capita.

Education: we have consolidated the achievements of the "two basics" work. A total of 392 students from two central primary schools in the township enjoy 134800 yuan of "two exemptions and one subsidy". The special fund for family planning was 27000 yuan. 14500 yuan has been invested in 45 "three combination" households, with the family planning rate reaching 98% and the comprehensive birth control rate reaching 95%. On behalf of the whole county, the township government accepted the acceptance of the autonomous region's high-quality service county.

Civil Affairs

We will provide disaster relief materials to the extremely poor households in time, do a good job in the repair of dilapidated houses, and pay 10000 yuan for dilapidated houses. 14 dilapidated houses such as Li Wanmin and Zhao Wansheng were renovated and 2 new houses were built. 580 mu of farmland was returned to forest land for 32 households with five guarantees and extremely poor households, which basically solved the problem of providing for the elderly of vulnerable groups. According to the policy, in the first half of the year, a minimum living security fund of 59400 yuan was issued to 333 people in 180 families in our township.

Labor security and employment

The Township labor and employment security office timely released recruitment information, organized and guided the training of more than 511 workers, and actively transferred surplus labor. At present, 1052 workers have been exported, of which 311 are organized by the government and 741 by themselves.
