Yingyeer Township
Yingye'er township (Uyghur: يېڭىيريزىسى) is located in the north of Moyu county. The township government is 12 kilometers away from the county, adjacent to Hetian County in the East, 47 regiment first company and Erlian, kuoyiqi Township in the west, tuwaite Township in the South and kawak Township in the north. The region is 79 ° 44 ′~ 79 ° 55 ′ E and 37 ° 22 ′~ 37 ° 33 ′ n. The land area is 74.43 square kilometers.
Place name change
Yingye'er Township means new field in Uygur. Because most of the farmland is newly reclaimed, it is named yingyeer township. From 1919 to 1937, it was under the jurisdiction of lamusuming and buhuaming. From 1937 to 1944, it was under the jurisdiction of eiske village and yingye'er village, the Second District of Moyu county. From 1944 to 1950, it was under the jurisdiction of aisike village and yingaiye village in Moyu county. From 1950 to 1956, it was under the jurisdiction of aiske Township, yingaiye Township and suokulok Township, the 13th District of Moyu county. From 1956 to 1956, the commune became the 11th district of Moyu county. After communization, it was under the jurisdiction of Heping commune. During the cultural revolution, it was under the jurisdiction of Yaowu commune, Dongfanghong commune and county walnut forest farm. In 1984, it was set up from tuwaite commune, kawak commune and the former walnut forest farm. In 2006, it has jurisdiction over 16 Township units, including 10 administrative villages, 41 villager groups, 2675 households (2590 agricultural households and 85 non-agricultural households), 11418 people (5691 women), including 11387 Uighurs 73% of the total population, and 31 Han people, accounting for 0. 27% of the total population.
