Topluk Township
Topluk Township, belonging to Yingjisha County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Yingjisha county. It is connected with Kizil Township in the southeast, yigeziye Township in the southwest, sugeti Township in the West and sahan Township in the north. It is 23 kilometers away from Yingjisha County, with a total area of 346.52 square kilometers.
In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), when Yingjisha set up a county, a small part of topluk, Kizil and sugeti was a yurixi; in 1984, topluk commune was changed into topluk township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of the village was 15312. In 2019, topluk governs nine administrative villages, with the people's Government in Wutang village.
The main food crops in topluk township are wheat and corn; the main animal husbandry is raising sheep, cattle and poultry. In 2018, there were 5 industrial enterprises and 5 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in topluk township.
History of construction
In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), when Yingjisha set up the county, a small part of topluk, Kizil and sugeti was a yurixi.
In 1943, when the Baojia system was implemented, topluk was a township.
In May 1950, after being divided into districts, it was divided into townships, and topluk was under the jurisdiction of the four districts of Kizil.
In August 1958, topluk commune was established; in December of the same year, it merged with Kizil commune to form Kizil commune.
In December 1961, it was set up from Kizil commune.
In October 1966, topluk commune was renamed Qianjin commune.
In 1978, it was renamed topluk commune.
In 1984, topluk commune was transformed into topluk township.

In 2011, topluk governs six administrative villages: Wutang, keshilak, topluk, keliliangan, kelipqun and Jiayi, and 36 villagers.
In 2019, topruk governs nine administrative villages: keshilak village, topruk village, kelipinglangan village, Wutang village, kelipiqun village, nurruk village, muzruk village, towanhuoyila village and yingayati village. The people's government is stationed in Wutang village.
