Yingwusitang Township
Yingwusitang Township, belonging to Qiemo County, Bayinguoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Qiemo county and the south edge of Tarim Basin. It is adjacent to toglak Township in the East, AQIANG Township in the south, shawuzaike Township in Minfeng County in Hotan Prefecture in the west, and Taklimakan desert in the north. It is 6 km away from the residence of Qiemo County People's government, with a total area of 81.15 square meters Square kilometers.
In the third year of the Republic of China (1914), some outsiders came to yingwusitang township to dig canals to divert water and cultivate land, forming yingwusitang village; in 1984, yingwusitang commune was changed into yingwusitang township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Ying Wu Si Tang was 6935. In 2019, yingwusitang Township governs seven administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in yingwusitang village.
