History of construction

In ancient times, it belonged to Qiang, Anyi county (now Ping'an County) in the Western Han Dynasty, Pingrong post in the Yuan Dynasty, Pingrong city in the Ming Dynasty, and Xining County in the Qing Dynasty when Ping'an County was renamed Ping'an town.

During the period of the Republic of China, it was called Tang Longtai Township and belonged to Xining County; in 1946, it belonged to Huangzhong County.

At the beginning of the founding of new China, it was the second district and the eleventh District of Huangzhong County.

In 1958, it became red star commune (later changed into Sanhe commune).

In 1960, Liu returned to Xining.

In 1961, lime kiln commune was established.

In 1962, it returned to Huangzhong County.

In 1978, it was assigned to Ping'an County.

In 1984, it was called huihuiyao township. In August of the same year, it was changed to Huiyao Hui Township.
