Shihuiyao Xiang is located in the middle of the Yangtze River. The total area is 129.39 square kilometers. The Township People's government is located in shihuiyao village, 13.5 kilometers south of the county. It governs shihuiyao, yaowangmiao, maolangou, Hexi, nandaohezi, xiaoguozhangzi, shajingou, liushuying, liangzhangzi, Yongxing, dafanzhangzi, Zhenxing and yezhuhe. It governs 17 administrative villages with 178 villager groups and a population of 22561. The township has 29350 mu of arable land, including 15000 mu of plain land and 14350 mu of sloping land.

Geography

Shihuiyao township is located in the upper reaches of Laoniu River, and the boar river flows into it in the north. The terrain is high in the north and low in the south, with an altitude of 250-400m. It has a warm temperate semi-arid hilly climate in the south of the county. It has the characteristics of sufficient light, four distinct seasons and the same period of rain and heat. It is windy and dry in spring, hot and rainy in summer, high and cool in autumn, cold and less snow in winter, and large temperature difference between day and night. The accumulated temperature above 10 ℃ is 2900-3200 ℃. The annual average temperature is 7.6 ℃. The average temperature in January is - 10.3 ℃, and that in July is 32.1 ℃. The annual precipitation is 711 mm, 70% of which is concentrated in summer. The frost free period is 132 days. Laoniu river is the largest river in the territory, with a length of 72.7 km, an average width of 30 m and a drainage area of 1434.88 square kilometers. Boar river is the second largest river in the township. It originates in Pingquan County, with a length of 10.8 km. It flows into Laoniu River in boar river village.

In 1997, it covers an area of 129.4 square kilometers and has a population of 22000. Agriculture

The planting area of open vegetables in the township is 8200 mu, the area of cold and warm shed facilities vegetables is more than 500 mu, the area of Orchard Fruits is 2300 mu, and the area of sweet corn and other high-quality crops is more than 1000 mu. The vegetable base of yugonggang, the key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization in China, was located in our Township in 2008. It covers an area of 5000 mu in yaowangmiao village and yezhuhe village. It can grow 4 crops of vegetables every year, realizing mechanized farming, irrigation and scientific management. Chengde vegetable science and Technology Research Institute, located in our Township, is the only high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, training and visiting There are 4 large-scale orchards in the township, including 1 double thousand mu orchard, 1 orchard with more than 500 mu and 2 orchards with more than 100 mu; there are 66 broiler farmers in the township, with an annual output of 2 million.

Industry

Dolomite mining and sintering, granite mining and processing industry: there is a dolomite mining and sintering enterprise in shihuiyao Township Chengde exuberant mining company, with an annual output of 100000 tons of dolomite, an annual output value of 24 million yuan, and profits and taxes of 3.3 million yuan. There are 4 granite mining enterprises in the township, with an annual output of 25000 blocks and an annual output value of 10 million yuan; 16 granite processing enterprises can produce 500000 square meters of granite plates and an annual output value of 30 million yuan.

Knitting garment industry: there are 2 knitting garment factories in the township, Chengde Kaier garment factory and Dashun garment factory, among which Dashun garment factory is in a state of paralysis. Kaier garment factory in yezhuhe village has an annual output of 600000 garments and an annual output value of 1 million yuan.

Sanrong Food Industrial Park is built in Hexi village of our township. The project is the core part of Sanrong broiler product comprehensive development project (provincial key). It is located in Hexi village of our Township, covering an area of 204 mu, with an investment of 690 million yuan. The park started construction in July 2012 and completed the infrastructure construction of 15000 square meters slaughtering and processing plant. Sanrong company will start the construction when the market situation is favorable.

Tourism industry

Guquan villa tourism development project is located in yezhuhe village of our Township, covering an area of 4000 mu with a total investment of 556 million yuan. From 2011 to 2012, it has invested more than 10 million yuan to complete the expansion and renovation of xiaomiemen reservoir, dam construction, hardening of 4.8 km mountain Ring Road, power line erection and teahouse foundation project. With an investment of 2 million yuan, the infrastructure construction of 1600 square meters farmyard has been completed. The construction of an apartment for the elderly, a 10000 square meter business exhibition center, an 800 square meter farmhouse, a 200 square meter teahouse and a fishing paradise has started. The shortage of funds is the biggest constraint for the project, and the investors are seeking cooperation in many ways.

Land circulation

The land circulation work in our township has begun to take shape. The land circulation area of the township has reached 11500 mu, accounting for 46.8% of the total cultivated land area of the township, which has benefited more than 2000 households and 5000 people, promoted the transfer of farmers to the secondary and tertiary industries, increased farmers' income, and laid a solid foundation for industrial adjustment and large-scale operation.
