Nianlipu Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Chengbei District, Xining City, Qinghai Province, is located in the north of Chengbei District, adjacent to caijiabao township of Huzhu Tu Autonomous County in the East, Xiaoqiao street in the south, Haizigou township of Huangzhong County in the West and Changning town of Datong Hui Autonomous County in the North. The administrative area is 52.00 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, 24291 households had registered residence in the town. As of October 2019, Nianlipu town has 11 administrative villages and 3 communities.
In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in Nianlipu town was 8596.8 yuan, an increase of 14.1% over the previous year. In 2018, there were 72 industrial enterprises in Nianlipu Town, including one above scale and 25 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Before the founding of the people's Republic of China, Shilipu area was under the jurisdiction of Yongxing Township, Desheng Township and Beidou town of Huangzhong County.
In August 1956, mojiaquanwan township was established and put under the jurisdiction of Xining city.
In 1958, mojiawan was transferred to Gonghe township.
In 1963, Shilipu commune was established.
In 1984, it was changed to Shilipu township.
In June 1986, it was under the jurisdiction of Chengbei District of Xining city.
In March 1999, the township was removed to build a town, and the 20 Li Pu Township and 20 Li Pu Office were merged to form 20 Li Pu town.

In August 1956, mojiaquanwan Township took charge of beixingyuan, taojiazhai, shitoulei, Shilipu, mojiazhuang, mojiaquanwan, beixiaozhai, huayuantai, xiasunjiazhai and other villages.
At the end of 2011, Nianlipu town had two communities: biological garden and Quanwan, and 11 administrative villages: huayuantai, Sunjiazhai, Xiaozhai, mojiazhuang, Shilipu, Xincun, shitoulei, weijiazhuang, jiujiawan, guojiata and shuangsulpu.
As of October 2019, Nianlipu town has three communities: biological Garden community, huiquanwan community and gaojiaolu community, and 11 administrative villages: Nianlipu village, huayuantai village, Sunjiazhai village, Xiaozhai village, mojiazhuang village, Xincun village, shitoulei village, weijiazhuang village, jiujiawan village, guojiata village and shuangsubao village.
