Jiecun Township
Jiecun township is located in the southeast of Xingguo County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. The area is 112.89 square kilometers, and the registered residence population is 2.24 (2018). It has 9 Village Committees (2019).

Historical evolution
Jiecun belongs to Ganxian County in history.
In April 1930, Jiecun Chihua was established as Jiecun Township, which belongs to the first district of Xingguo County (Dongyi District).
In the winter of 1954, it was assigned to Xingguo County, which is the township of Jiecun, Hantian, Licun, Gaoshi, Heping, etc. in Shefu district.
In 1957, it was merged into Jiecun township.
In 1958, it was called Jiecun commune.
In 1984, it was changed into Jiecun township.

Cultural relics
Shuijiaolou, located in Tianjing formation of Jiecun village, is a key protected cultural relic in Jiangxi Province.
Red Culture
Jiecun township is one of the earliest revolutionary party building areas in Xingguo County. In 1927, the party branches of Lifeng and Zengtian in Jiecun were established. In April 1929, the Fourth Army of the Red Army broke through the encirclement of Jinggangshan. In the south of Jiangxi Province, the Fourth Army of the Red Army divided forces to mobilize the masses in Yudu, Xingguo and Ningdu to establish the red regime. Chen Yi, director of the political department, led the first column in the Xingguo shefu and Jiecun areas to lead the masses to fight against local tyrants and divide the land to help establish the local red guards and red regime. Lai Yueming, the second wife of Marshal Chen Yi, is a native of Baishi Village in Jiecun village. She was once the Minister of women in Tailei county. On August 8, 1949, Zhong Wenfa, the founding General of Jiecun, led the 144 division of the PLA to liberate and rejuvenate the country.
Honorary title
Hantian village has been identified as the national rural tourism poverty alleviation demonstration village, and together with Fenglin Village in Butou Township, it has been identified as the city level characteristic town Kangyang town.
