Binhe Road Street, belonging to Jinchuan District, Jinchang City, Gansu Province, is located in the southwest of Jinchang city. It is adjacent to Lanzhou road in the southeast, Longshou mining area in the southwest, Xipo village in the northwest, Yongchang West Road to Gongyuan road to Beijing Road in the northeast, with an administrative area of 4.2 square kilometers.

In September 2001, the original 19 neighborhood committees were merged and adjusted into five community neighborhood committees, namely, longchuanli, longquanli, longgangli, longjili and longjinli.
In July 2006, the original Beijing Road Street and longchuanli community were divided into Binhe Road Street, and then merged into longquanli, longjili and longgangli communities. The sub district office and the central community longquanli community worked together.
