brief introduction

Xiaoling town is under the jurisdiction of Acheng District. It is located in the southeast of the District, on the main line of binsui railway and HaSui highway, between Yuquan and Pingshan. It's 37 kilometers away from the city. Xiaoling town was originally named Xiaolin station. Before the construction of the Middle East Railway, the natural secondary forest was dense. After the completion of the railway, Xiaolin station was set up, gradually forming a market. Xiaoling area is rich in underground resources, including iron, copper, lead, zinc, etc. As early as 800 years ago, wudaoling iron mine was mined in this area, and a kiln was built in dongchuantun of today's Xichuan village for ironmaking. It was one of the ironmaking bases in the early Jin Dynasty. The site of ironmaking furnace still exists and has been listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Heilongjiang Province. Xiaoling town is located in the shallow mountainous area, the terrain is high in the East and low in the West. The town has jurisdiction over two streets of Xiaoling street and Shifa street, and nine villages of Xichuan, Xinxing, Xinping, Nantun, Xiaoling, Wanfa, Shifa, Shihe and Beihe. There are 9 provincial and local enterprises, 12 municipal and town enterprises, and dozens of state-owned, collective and individual restaurants and grocery stores. In 2006, the total population of the town was 27900, of which 12800 were non-agricultural; Manchu, Korean and other ethnic minorities accounted for about 5.5%. Historical evolution

At the beginning of the formation of Xiaolin street, there were more than 30 families. After the fall of Northeast China, in 1932, the Japanese operated Harbin cement plant and built a quarry in shifutun. The number of Quarrying and transporting workers increased gradually. By 1937, there were 251 households and 1174 people in the market town. After 1942, it was called xiaolingtun and was under the jurisdiction of Pingshan village. After the victory of the Anti Japanese war in 1945, it was successively under the jurisdiction of Pingshan district and Pingling district. In February 1956, Xiaoling township was established. In September 1958, it was renamed Xiaoling people's commune. Xiaoling iron and steel plant was established in 1958, and the ferroalloy plant and cement plant of Heilongjiang Farm Bureau were successively established, making Xiaoling a heavy industrial town for ironmaking and cement production. In April 1984, Xiaoling commune was transformed into Xiaoling town. In 1985, the non-agricultural population of the town reached 14600, accounting for 52.7% of the total population of the town.

Infrastructure construction

The new rural construction of the town has always been aimed at solving the hot and difficult problems that the masses are most concerned about. The main projects are: 1.35 million yuan for tongcun road; 980000 yuan for 2.45 km from Wanfa to Molybdenum Mine cement road; 500000 yuan for 1 km from Wanfa Daweizi cement road; 180000 yuan for 200 m cement road of metallurgical cement company; 350000 yuan for 1.2 km zuojiagang cement lane road of Xichuan village; and three bridges and two roads in Xinxing village The total investment is 615000 yuan for the construction of two roads in Shifa village, and 93600 yuan for the construction of one road, two bridges and side ditches in Xinping village. It involves four projects, with a total investment of 506000 yuan. The main projects include: Xichuan village invested 85000 yuan for a set of Dongchuan tunshang water purification equipment, benefiting 532 people from 136 households; Beihe group 4 water project of Xinping village invested 260000 yuan, benefiting 283 people from 96 households; Wanfa group 5 water project of Shifa village invested 81000 yuan, benefiting 325 people from 68 households; Xishan water project of Xinxing village invested 80000 yuan, benefiting 120 families, 320 people benefited. The third is to solve the housing problem of the masses, involving five poor households with an investment of 57000 yuan, including song Liansheng in zuojiagang of Xichuan village; Yan Guangcai in group 1 of Xinping village; Fu Xingyi in group 5 of Shifa village; Dong Yanming and Xing Dianwen in group 2 of Xinxing village. The fourth is to improve the living environment, involving 11 projects, with a total investment of 1.1121 million yuan. It mainly includes: 1 million yuan for the closed drainage and environmental transformation of the town; 25000 yuan for the beautification and greening of the town; 96000 yuan for the environmental improvement of each village.
