Heihe town belongs to Lueyang County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. In the East, it is adjacent to the town of guanyihe and nanyangkoudian in mianzhou county. Historical evolution

It is named after the Heihe River.

In December 1949, when the township government was established, Xiaozhaizi township (formerly JuShui township) was set up.

In 1952, Xiaozhaizi village was assigned to Xiakouyi Township, and the residence was moved to heiheba Township, renamed heiheba township.

In 1957, when the administrative division was adjusted, xiaoqiaohe village was assigned to Mianxian County, and heiheba village was assigned to this township.

In 1958, it was changed into a management area under Hejiayan commune.

In 1961, heiheba commune was established, belonging to Hejiayan district.

In 1984, it was changed to township.

In 1996, the district was merged with the township, under the jurisdiction of the county.

In July 2011, yudongzi township was merged into Heihe town.
