Bayintala town
Bayintala Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Chahar Right Wing Front Banner, Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the middle of Chahar Right Wing Front Banner, bordering huangmaoying Township in the East, tugui Wula town and wulaha Wula Township in the south, Pingdiquan town in the southwest, baihaizi town in Jining District in the northwest, and meiguiying town in the north, with an administrative area of 256.03 square kilometers.
In the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty, it was a nomadic land of Mongolian Chahar tribe; in May 1984, it was restored to bayintala township; in August 2001, xiaonaoer and bayintala Township were merged into bayintala town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Bayin Tara town was 23320. As of June 2020, bayintala town has 14 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial income of bayintala town was 12 million yuan, an increase of 10.7% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 4618 yuan. In 2018, bayintala town had 18 industrial enterprises and 42 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
At the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, it was a nomadic land of Mongolian Chahar tribe.
In the early years of the Republic of China, it was divided into three districts of Fengzhen county (Pingdiquan District).
In July 1952, bayintala district was set up, and it was stationed in Basumu yinxiliang village.
In March 1954, Chahar Right Wing Front Banner was established. Bayintala district was changed into three districts of Chayou Front Banner, with jurisdiction over eight townships.
In April 1958, bayintala township was established, and in November of the same year, bayintala township was transformed into a commune.
In May 1984, it was restored to bayintala township.
In August 2001, xiaonaoer and bayintala were merged into bayintala town.
In September 2006, the original xiaonaoer township was merged into huangmaoying Township, and Saihantala, Shuiquan, dalamaying, Guli naobao, Jiantan, Nandian, Zhousi, naobaogou and habige villages in Saihantala Township were merged into bayintala town.
In June 2009, Saihantala, dalamaying village 2 and Basumu village 5 were assigned to Huangqihai town.

As of June 2020, bayintala town has 14 administrative villages: Basumu village, Jiqing village, Tuchengzi village, dahala village, Laoquan village, Liying village, Shuiquan village, Hongfu village, habige village, Zhousi village, Nandian village, naobaogou village, Jiantan village and gulinaobao village. The people's Government of bayintala town is located in Basumu village.
