Shanba town
Shaanba Town, which belongs to Hangjinhou banner of Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the Middle East of Hangjinhou banner, bordering Linhe District in the East, Erdaoqiao town in the south, sandaoqiao town in the West and manhui town in the north. It covers an area of 198.55 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the population of Shaba town registered residence was 112634.
In 1942, Suiyuan province implemented the new county system in Houtao, adding four counties including the Preparatory Office of Shanba town. In March 1950, the office of Shaanxi dam Commissioner of Suiyuan province was established, including shaanba town. In 1958, Shanba town was put under Hangjinhou banner. In 2001, the township was withdrawn and the town merged. As of June 2020, shaanba town has jurisdiction over 13 communities and 19 administrative villages, and its people's government is located in Zhongshan North Road, shaanba town.
In 2018, there were 103 industrial enterprises in Shanba Town, including 10 industrial enterprises above Designated Size and 362 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution

In 2005, Chongfeng, Jiaotong and Shawan villages in Nanqu Township, Hongxing and Minle villages in ganzhaomiao town and Chifeng, Zhangfang and Guangming villages in Hongqi Township were assigned to Shanba town. Guangming Village and Zhangfang village were merged, and Jiaotong village and Chongfeng village were merged.
In 2001, Shanba town governed 20 neighborhood committees and 17 administrative villages.
At the end of 2011, shaanba town had 12 residents committees, including Zhongshan, hehejiu, Xihuan, Xicheng, Xijiao, Daqiao, Beihuan, Gongyuan, Xinjian, saishangxing, Tuanjie, yuanziqu, Gaofeng, Chunguang, hongtaiyang, Mantianhong, Yongli, Zhongnan canal, yuanziqu, hongliudi, Zhongsheng, CHENFENG, Chengxi, Yonghua, Dashun City, Shawan, Zhangfang, Minle, Hongxing, Jiaotong and Chifeng Nine village committees.
