Xishanbei Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Yi County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Yi County, bordering Tanghu town in the East, Bailong township of Mancheng County in the south, Langyashan town in the west, dule Township in the southwest and anguzhuang Township in the north. The maximum distance between East and West is 13.2km, and the maximum distance between North and south is 8.4km, with a total area of 92.13km2. By the end of 2018, the total household population of the registered residence in Xishan was 23156.
In 1949, it was divided into seven districts of Yi County; in September 1958, Xishanbei commune was established; in May 1960, it was renamed Langyashan commune; in January 1961, it was renamed Xishanbei commune; in January 1984, it was renamed Xishanbei township; in November 1989, Loushan township was merged. As of June 2020, Xishanbei township has jurisdiction over 21 administrative villages, and the township government is located in Xishanbei village.
