Wulashan town
Wulashan Town, belonging to wulateqian banner of Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the south end of the middle of wulateqian banner, bordering Baiyanhua town and Xianfeng town in the East, Hangjin Banner of Ordos City across the river in the south, xixiaozhao town in the West and Xin'an town in the north. It covers an area of 343 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 85038 people registered residence in URA town.
Before the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to Taizhen Township, Anbei county. In 1953, it was attached to YANHAIZI Township, Yiqu district. In September 1958, xishanzui red flag commune was established, and the town was transferred to the commune. On June 16, 1964, xishanzui town was officially established. In 2001, xishanzui town merged with xishanzui Township, and the former Wulashan town merged with Xuhai township. In 2005, xishanzui town was merged with Wulashan Town, Xuhai Town, Huhe town and gongmiaozi town to form Wulashan town. As of June 2020, Wulashan town has jurisdiction over 15 communities and 7 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Hongwei street, Dongfeng third community.
In 2018, there were 20 industrial enterprises in Wulashan Town, including 4 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 10 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
Before the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to Taizhen Township, Anbei county.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belongs to liushijiang Shedan village, the first district of Anbei county.
In 1953, it was attached to YANHAIZI Township, Yiqu district.
On April 25, 1958, after the amalgamation of wulateqian banner and Anbei County, the site of the banner government was located in xishanzui and construction began.
In September 1958, xishanzui red flag commune was established, and the town was transferred to the commune.
In 1961, xishanzui set up a street.
On June 16, 1964, xishanzui town was officially established.
In 2001, xishanzui town merged with xishanzui Township, and the former Wulashan town merged with Xuhai township.
In 2005, xishanzui town was merged with Wulashan Town, Xuhai Town, Huhe town and gongmiaozi town to form Wulashan town.

Wulashan town is located in the east end of Hetao Plain, adjacent to the Yellow River in the South and Wulashan in the East. The terrain is divided into three zones: mountain belt in the north, piedmont plain belt in the middle, river belt in the south, and Wula mountain as the main mountain range.
