Struggle town
Strife Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Hailar District, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast end of Hailar District. It connects hake town in the East, bayantohai town in Ewenki banner in the south, Yimin River in the West and Jiankang street across the river, and Jianshe town in the North, with a total area of 139.72 square kilometers.
In 1977, it set up struggle commune; in 1984, it changed struggle township; in 2011, it changed struggle town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in struggle town was 35258. As of June 2020, struggling town has jurisdiction over 6 communities and 6 administrative villages.
In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in struggling town was 15386.67 yuan.
History of construction
In 1977, struggle commune was established.
In 1980, it was renamed the Management Committee of struggle people's commune.
In 1984, it was changed to struggle township.
In 1999, struggling township was removed from township and built into town.
In 2006, Jianshe town and Zhengfu town were abolished, and 5 villages (red star, Jinxing, Guangming, cooperation and mutual aid) of Jianshe town and 6 villages (Youlian, Youhao, Fuqiang, Heping, Zhengfu and Shengli) of Zhengfu town were merged into hake town; 38 square kilometers of Zhengfu town and 157 square kilometers of Zhengfu town were merged, and Zhengfu street was set up.
In 2011, it was changed to struggle town.

At the end of 2011, strife town has three communities and six administrative villages: campus, Lvyuan, Landun, strife, peace, friendship, Youlian, Shengli, Fuqiang; 19 resident groups and 22 villager groups.
By June 2020, struggling town has six communities and six administrative villages: LAN Dun community, Lu Yuan community, college community, tengyang community, Shen Bao community, Tian'e Wan community, Youlian village, youyou village, Heping Village, Fuqiang village, struggling village and Shengli village.

Hailaer agricultural development park is located on the east mountain of toudou Town, covering an area of 10 square kilometers. The construction started in September 2007. The park is divided into five functional areas: production area, living area, leisure resort area, export processing area and trade area. It integrates planting, warehousing and logistics, export processing, tourism and business training. It is a model of facility agriculture in northern alpine region. The park is divided into six Parks: agricultural production Park, science and technology R & D Park, export processing park, logistics park, exhibition park and eco-tourism park. It will be built into a leading modern agricultural science and technology demonstration park in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Hailaer agricultural development park has successfully applied for the autonomous region level science and technology demonstration park, and has passed the national 4A level scenic spot certification on March 3, 2011.
