Baokang town

Baokang Town, belonging to the central Left Banner of Tongliao, is located in the central part of the left central banner of the Horqin county. It is adjacent to Daxing Town, Changling County, East, and is adjacent to Tara, Bayan and West. Historical evolution

In December 1948, baokangnutuk was established as the seventh district.

In February 1951, baokonutuk was divided into six districts.

In April 1956, Changling County and KeZuoZhong banner government negotiated and assigned dongbaokang of Changling County to KeZuoZhong banner.

In July 1956, baokangnutuk was changed into Baokang town.

On November 15, 1956, the banner government moved from Bayantala to Baokang.
