Baokang town
Baokang Town, belonging to the central Left Banner of Tongliao, is located in the central part of the left central banner of the Horqin county. It is adjacent to Daxing Town, Changling County, East, and is adjacent to Tara, Bayan and West. It borders on the city of the town of rasma, North and dailji Town, with a total area of 458.26 square kilometers. In July 1956, baokangnutuk was changed into Baokang town. On November 15, 1956, the banner government moved from Bayantala to Baokang. Historical evolution
In December 1948, baokangnutuk was established as the seventh district.
In February 1951, baokonutuk was divided into six districts.
In April 1956, Changling County and KeZuoZhong banner government negotiated and assigned dongbaokang of Changling County to KeZuoZhong banner.
In July 1956, baokangnutuk was changed into Baokang town.
On November 15, 1956, the banner government moved from Bayantala to Baokang.
In October 1958, the organizational system of Baokang town was abolished and changed into Baokang people's commune.
In March 1966, Baokang town was separated from Baokang commune to rebuild Baokang town.
In 1984, the people's commune was abolished and the township of Sumu was established. Baokang commune was transferred to Baokang town.
In December 2000, Jubaoshan township was merged into Baokang town.
In August 2006, Shengli township (Taiping Township was merged into Shengli township at the end of 2000) was merged into Baokang town.
