Jingpeng Town, belonging to Keshiketeng Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the middle of Keshiketeng Banner. It borders cosmopolitan town in the East, wanheyong town and Zhirui town in the south, Zhenglan Banner of Xilin Gol League in the west, Dalai Nuri town in the northwest, and Bayan chagansumu town in the north. The people's government is located in the middle of Yingchang road. The administrative area of Jingpeng town is 1865 square kilometers. In late 2018, registered residence population was 23559.
At the beginning of 1949, Jingpeng Chengguan District was established. In July 1953, Jingpeng street in Chengguan District was changed into Jingpeng town. In January 1958, it was changed to Jingpeng town commune. In May 1966, it was renamed Jingfeng commune. In March 1968, gaijingfeng Revolutionary Committee. In November 1980, Jingfeng commune was renamed Jingpeng town. In July 2001, Dian township of Henan Province was incorporated. In December 2005, Xinmiao, Sanyi and Haolaihure were merged.
