Balakirudsumu
Balaqiludsumu, belonging to aruhorqin banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the south of aruhorqin banner, bordering tianshankou town and shaogen town in the East, Wengniute Banner in the south, Balinyou banner in the West and Tianshan town in the north. The people's government is stationed in galangacha, Dalan. The administrative area of balakirudsumu is 1080.81 square kilometers. In late 2018, Ballacci had 16207 registered residence population.
In 1958, balakirud commune was established. In 1962, balakirud commune and chaganor commune were separated. In 1984, it was changed to balachiru desumu and chaganuoersumu. In 1986, Chagannor Sumu was renamed Bayan nursumu. In December 2005, bayannursumu was merged into balakirudsumu. In June 2020, balaqiludsumu governs 17 administrative villages.
In 2018, there were 52 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in balachi rudsumu.

Wulijimulun river originates from Bayan Wulan peak on the north side of ulanda dam in the north of Balinzuoqi, and joins haihar river at the junction with Liqi. Xilamulun river originates from Baicaogou river at 1420 meters above sea level at the north foot of Hongshan mountain in Keshiketeng Banner.
