Minle town is a former town under the jurisdiction of Conghua District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. It is located in the northwest of Conghua district. The town government is located in minlewei, 20 kilometers away from JIEKOU street. Its geographical coordinates are 113 27 E and 23 29 n.

natural environment
Minle town is adjacent to Chengjiao town in the East, Qigan town in the southeast, Aotou town in the southwest, Longtan town in the West and Tangtang town in Fogang County in the north. The area under its jurisdiction was 34.17 square kilometers in 1979 and 34.26 square kilometers after land renewal survey in 2003. The area belongs to hilly area, the terrain inclines from east to west, surrounded by mountains on all sides, with Pingchuan in the middle. Minle river runs through the whole territory from east to west, flows through Longtan town and joins Shujiang River, with a length of 14.73 km.
District Population
In 1979, Minle commune had nine production brigades, 2567 households and 13600 people. In November 1983, the people's commune was abolished and Minle district was established, with jurisdiction over 5 townships and 81 natural villages. In January 1987, the district was removed and the township was built. Minle Township governs nine villages. It was renamed Minle town in October 1988. In 1992, Minle neighborhood committee was set up. In September 2000, the management of TANKOU village and Longxing branch of Minle company (tea farm) was transferred to Minle town. So far, Minle town has jurisdiction over 10 villages and 1 neighborhood committee. In 2003, the administrative division remained unchanged. There were 16400 people in 3963 households, including 3563 households with 15800 agricultural population, accounting for 96.35%, and 400 households with 624 non-agricultural population, accounting for 3.81%. In January 2004, Minle town was abolished and merged into Aotou town.

Water conservancy construction
In 1979, there were 2 small (2) type reservoirs, 7 small mountain ponds and 48 large and small Potou reservoirs. In 1990, Minlian reservoir was built with a capacity of about 1 million cubic meters. From 1999 to 2002, the Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau invested 18.8 million yuan to reinforce the dykes of changbanlang reservoir and Minlian reservoir; at the same time, the masses were mobilized to dig more than 150 wells to irrigate the farmland; the channels of changbanlang reservoir were hardened with cement, with a length of 28.8 km; and eight reconstruction projects were carried out. In 2002, the city organized the renovation of Xigao irrigation canal, and the branch canal in Minle district was transformed into cement hard bottom, with a length of 6.3 km. from 2001 to 2003, the superior government invested 11.437 million yuan to complete 1400 mu of standardized construction of farmland water conservancy in Louxing village, build 9500 meters of cement hard bottom drainage and irrigation canals, and build 3.5 meters wide and 4.5 kilometers long mechanized roads.

In 1979, there were 10 sand roads in rural areas, 31.4 km long, connecting 9 brigades. In August 1999, the municipal Party committee held a mobilization meeting for the reconstruction of rural roads in Minlian village. Minlian village reconstructed the village level cement road, which was opened to traffic in September 2001. It is the first village level cement road in the town. By July 2003, a total of 13.763 million yuan has been invested (6.036 million yuan has been allocated by the higher authorities, 1.207 million yuan has been invested by the town, and 6.52 million yuan has been raised by the masses). The 10 village level roads in the area under the jurisdiction have been transformed into cement roads with 7 meters wide subgrade and 4-5 meters wide pavement, with a total length of 24.15 kilometers. County Road (from JIEKOU to Renhe, also known as jierenxian) passes through five administrative villages, including TANKOU, Xinwei, Minle, Chetou and Longxing, with a length of about 15 km. In 1990, the County Transportation Bureau invested more than 200000 yuan, and the town mobilized cadres and the masses to donate more than 100000 yuan to build the Lingzhou xialiang highway, with a total length of 3.5 km. Since then, the road traffic of Minle has been connected from east to west, connecting with national highway 106, with a distance of 5.6 km. In 1992, the subgrade of Minle Renhe section was widened to 8m, and a 6m wide cement road was laid. In 1998, the municipal government supported 3.6 million yuan, and the Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone supported 300000 yuan in compensation for land acquisition and demolition. The Minle TANKOU section was transformed into a concrete road with 10 meters wide subgrade and 7 meters wide pavement, with a total length of 2.3 kilometers. In 2002, the concrete pavement of Minle Renhe section was widened to 9 meters. Beijing Zhuhai Expressway passes through Chetou and Longxing villages within its jurisdiction, with a length of 3.5km. The urban area is about 6km away from the entrance and exit of qiganxiaokeng of Beijing Zhuhai expressway. in 2003, there were Minle Guangzhou passenger line, which opened two times a day; Minle JIEKOU passenger line, which opened 24 times a day; minliancun JIEKOU passenger line, which opened two times a day; the annual passenger flow was 200000.

In 1979, there were 30 magnetic telephone users, with an average of 85.57 households having one telephone. In 1991, the program-controlled telephone was used, and there were 45 telephone users in that year. In December 1995, 856 sdoob SPC telephone exchanges and 450 telephone users were installed. Power supply network
In 1979, the power in the area was supplied by Aotou substation. Due to the small load of the high-voltage line to Minle, the power supply was insufficient. In 1991, electricity consumption began to increase. In August 1994, Minle power supply office was established to be responsible for the power supply of Minle town. In 1997, 240 high-voltage lines were set up from Aotou to Minle. In 2002, F5 line was set up, and the daily power supply capacity increased to 30000 kwh. In 2003, the town's electricity consumption was 4.9023 million kwh, with an annual per capita electricity consumption of 298.92 kwh, industrial electricity consumption of 3.2218 million kwh, accounting for 65.72%, commercial electricity consumption of 142200 kwh, accounting for 2.9%, agricultural electricity consumption of 289700 kwh, accounting for 5.91%, and domestic electricity consumption of 1.2486 million kwh, accounting for 25.47%.
Improvement of water supply
In 1979, residents and farmers dug wells or took water for drinking. In 1990, the municipal government invested 350000 yuan to build a waterworks in the south of minlewei, built a water tower with a capacity of 130 cubic meters, installed a water supply network of 2500 meters, and the actual annual water supply was 43000 tons. In 2002, the town government invested 5.5 million yuan to build the second waterworks under the dam of Minlian reservoir, covering an area of 70 mu, with a construction area of 900 square meters and a designed daily water output of 5000 tons. By 2003, 18000 meters of main pipelines and 25000 meters of user water supply network were laid to supply water to minlewei and nine administrative villages, including Minle, Minlian, Xinwei, TANKOU, Chetou, Longtian, Nanlou, Louxing and Longxing And Longxing industrial community, 1100 households, 8000 people drinking tap water, the actual water supply in that year was 200000 tons. In October 2003, Guangzhou City allocated 100000 yuan to build a water tower in the village, with 71 households and 300 people drinking mountain spring water. By 2003, 2470 rural households in the town were drinking tap water, with 10400 people, accounting for 65.83% of the total rural population.
Economic characteristics
In 1979, the folk music economy was dominated by agriculture, with an average annual net income of 77 yuan, ranking 12th in the county. In the 1980s, the household contract responsibility system was implemented in rural areas, which aroused the enthusiasm of farmers. The construction of water conservancy, the construction of standardized farmland, the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, the selection of fine varieties, the promotion of scientific farming, and the great development of agriculture were achieved. Agricultural planting
In 1979, agriculture was dominated by planting, of which rice was the main grain, and cassava, peanut, red tobacco and so on were also planted. There are 11000 mu of cultivated land, including 14800 mu of rice planting area and 5030 tons of output; 1402 mu of peanut planting area and 112 tons of output; 205 mu of vegetable planting area and 192 tons of output. In 1983, the rural household contract responsibility system was fully implemented, and farmers' enthusiasm for production increased. Compared with 1979, rice output increased by 438 tons, peanut output increased by 27 tons, and vegetable output increased by 1116 tons. In 1998, the agricultural industrial structure was adjusted, and farmers took planting vegetables as a breakthrough to develop agricultural economy.
