Liaoyuan Town, belonging to Tongzi County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, is located in the south of Tongzi County, connecting Loushanguan town in the East, Banqiao Town of Huichuan District in the south, Guancang town in the west, Gaoqiao Town and jiuba town in the north and northwest, with a total administrative area of 85.22 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Liaoyuan town was 30597. As of October 2019, Liaoyuan town has four communities and five administrative villages.
In 2011, Liaoyuan town's total financial revenue was 23.55 million yuan, 17% lower than that of the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 5350 yuan. History of construction
From the 29th year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty (1601) to the late Qing Dynasty, it belongs to Toshiba Li.
In 1908, the first district of Toshiba was changed.
From 1941 to 1949, it belonged to Guandu Township under the jurisdiction of a town directly under the central government.
In 1950, it belonged to the second district (located in Ma'anshan).
In July 1992, Liaoyuan Township, Shimenkan Township and Loushanguan Township were merged into Liaoyuan town.
