Xiguanying Township
The West official Ying Township, which belongs to the Fengning Manchu Autonomous County of Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Fengning Manchu Autonomous County, adjacent to the East and North tou Ying Township, adjacent to Fengshan town and southeast to the Wang Ying Township, and the west is connected with the selected village, north to the gujia Town, Longhua County, and the area is 260.5 square kilometers. In 1912, it was the first district of Fengning County. In May 1956, xiguanying and Shengli Township were built in Jinjing. In July 1986, it was changed into xiguanying Manchu Township. In January 1989, Heying Manchu Township was merged and xiguanying township was rebuilt. As of June 2020, xiguanying township has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages.

In October 1945, it belonged to xiguanying District of dongfengning county.
In June 1946, it belonged to huajiying District of Fengning County.
In May 1956, xiguanying and Shengli Township were built in Jinjing.
In May 1958, Shengli township was abolished and merged into xiguanying township.
In January 1959, the township was withdrawn and merged into xuanjiangying commune.
In August 1961, xiguanying commune was established.
In June 1984, the commune was abolished and xiguanying township was built.
In July 1986, it was changed into xiguanying Manchu Township.
In January 1989, Heying Manchu Township was merged and xiguanying township was rebuilt.
