Lishu Township
Lishu Township, subordinate to Wanzhou District of Chongqing, is located in the southeast of Wanzhou District, adjacent to Yunyang County in the East, Dibao Township and Baitu town in the south, Longju town in the West and Longju town in the north. It is 70 kilometers away from the government of Wanzhou District, with a total area of 48.57 square kilometers.
In 1929, Lishu Township belonged to sijiaoli and qianliujia on the South Bank of Wanxian county. In June 1984, Lishu commune was changed into Lishu township. By the end of 2018, the population of Lishu Township registered residence was 7244. As of June 2020, Lishu village has jurisdiction over one community and three administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located at No. 2 Lishu street, Lishu Township, Anmin community.

Lishu township is named after an ancient pear tree in its jurisdiction.
In 1929, it belonged to sijiaoli and qianliujia on the South Bank of Wanxian county.
In June 1953, Lishu township was established.

In June 1984, Lishu commune was changed into Lishu township.
