Ping'an Township
Ping'an Township, belonging to the Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous County of Tianshui, Gansu, is located in the northeast of Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous County, east of Huating County Ma An Township, South to the town of Gong men, West Zhangjiachuan town and Liu Bao Town, north of Zhang cotton Township, with an area of 133 square kilometers, and in 2018, the registered residence population was 6323.
Before July 1953, it belonged to Qingshui county. In July 1953, after the establishment of Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous Region, Ping'an township was established. In August 1958, when the district was withdrawn and the township was merged, it was transferred to Gongmen township. In December 1961, Ping'an commune was established. In December 1983, it was changed to township. As of June 2020, Pingan village has jurisdiction over one community and seven administrative villages.
