Xinxing community is a community under the jurisdiction of changlefang street, Beilin District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. Located in the middle of changlefang area of Beilin District, it radiates both sides along the axis of Xingqing North Road. It starts from Changle West Road in the north and ends at Shiyuan road in the south. It is composed of 12 resident units, with a total number of 1693 households, more than 4800 people and more than 120 volunteers. Emerging communities have been established since 2001. Xinxing community won the title of "model community" in 2002, "civilized community" in 2003, "advanced grassroots Party branch" and "model community" in 2004, "party organization of model community" in 2005, "advanced community of health creation" in 2006, "fully employed community" in 2007, "advanced community of comprehensive governance" in 2008.
