Yingchun town
Yingchun Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Hulin City, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the north central part of Hulin City, adjacent to Hutou town in the East, facing Weiguang Township across Qihulin River in the south, and Chaoyang Township, Baoqing County, Shuangyashan City in the West and North. The administrative area is 14.51 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, 5059 people registered residence in the town. As of October 2019, Yingchun town has four communities and three administrative villages.
At the end of 2011, the balance of various deposits of financial institutions in Yingchun town was 30.59 million yuan, and the balance of various loans was 31.2 million yuan. In 2018, there were 15 industrial enterprises in Yingchun town.
History of construction
In 1956, Luo Peixing, deputy commander of the fourth division of the railway corps, established the 854 farm, named Yingchun.
In August 1958, Yingchun township was set up; in December of the same year, Hulin Yingchun railway was officially opened to traffic.
In June 1959, Shenyang tractor parts factory of the Ministry of agriculture and reclamation moved to Yingchun, known as Yingchun machinery factory.
In 1960, Yingchun town was established.
In 1963, Yingchun Forestry Bureau, a forestry enterprise, was established, and it became a forestry and agricultural reclamation town.
In 1980, it was changed to Yingchun town.

Yingchun town has a cold temperate monsoon climate. Affected by the ocean circulation and the Siberian cold current, the freezing period lasted for half a year. The winter is long, cold and dry; the summer is short, warm and rainy, and the temperature drops sharply in autumn.

Yingchun town is densely covered with rivers, which belong to the Wusuli River Basin of Heilongjiang river system. From Qihulin River in the south to Naoli River in the north, all rivers flow into Wusuli River.

Yingchun town was originally named "yingmendingzi", it is said that it got its name from the first mountain it met when entering the mountain from Hulin.
