Luancheng road street, belonging to luanzhou City, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of luanzhou City, adjacent to Gucheng street in the East, Xiangtang street and Guma town in the south, leizhuang town in the west, and Dongan Gezhuang town and Youzha town in the north, with a total area of 87 square kilometers.
During the period of the Republic of China, it was a district of luanzhou city; in December 1987, it was renamed luanzhou town; in 2014, it was abolished and Luancheng road street was established. At the end of 2011, Luancheng road had a total population of 55300. As of June 2020, Luancheng road sub district has jurisdiction over one community and 56 administrative villages, and its sub district office is located at 119 Luanhe West Road, new town, luanzhou city.

History of construction
During the period of the Republic of China, it was a district of luanzhou city. In 1948, it was changed into Chengxiang District.
In 1954, the junior society was established and renamed Chengguan town.
In 1958, the people's commune of Chengguan town was rebuilt.
In 1965, it was restored to Chengguan town.
In December 1987, it was renamed luanzhou town.
In January 2002, paoshidian Township and mazhuangzi Township were merged.
In 2008, the village and the ancient city under the jurisdiction of the original paoshidian Township were classified as ancient city streets.
In 2014, luanzhou town was abolished and Luancheng road street was established.
