Changchun Town is the key town of new socialist countryside construction in Yiyang City. The town is located in Ziyang District of Yiyang City, which is a combination of Changchun, guoluping and xiangpulun. It is 8.5km away from the central urban area, connecting with Yuanjiang City in the north, and is the north gate of Ziyang district. The town covers an area of 108.88 square kilometers (in 2017), which governs 52 administrative villages and 1 neighborhood committee, with a total population of 73438 (in 2017).

The town covers an area of 108.88 square kilometers (in 2017), which governs 52 administrative villages and 1 neighborhood committee, with a total population of 73438 (in 2017). Zhennan of Changchun is connected with Luoyang Zhanjiang railway and Yiyang station of Shijiazhuang Changzhou Railway; it flows into Dongting Lake through Zijiang River to the East and reaches the Yangtze River; Changchang Expressway and Yiyuan first-class highway pass through the territory, which is the golden triangle of railway, highway and waterway. It has developed transportation, superior geographical location and beautiful environment. In recent years, adhering to the working style of integrity, unity, pragmatism and enterprising, the town Party committee and government have made great efforts to build our town into a town of ecological agriculture, a town of agricultural products processing, a town of scenic tourism and a key town of new rural construction. The world famous brand of agriculture is Hushu. Changchun is an important agricultural town in the suburb of Yiyang City, which is rich in pig, pollution-free vegetables, fruits and flowers, aquatic products and tourism resources. Yiyang agricultural products processing base is located in Changchun Town, Ziyang District, 9 kilometers away from the central urban area. It mainly relies on the rich agricultural products resources of our town, introduces leading agricultural products processing enterprises, and focuses on cultivating four leading industries, including livestock processing, high-quality rice processing, aquatic products processing, and vegetable processing with "three tubers" as the main, to create a collection of feed and seedlings A complete industrial chain integrating production, processing and sales. The first phase is planned to cover an area of 10 square kilometers. The construction of the processing base started in November 2005, and the regulatory detailed planning of the base has been completed. At present, the construction of the base has begun to take shape, and has achieved good social impact. The construction of enterprise projects has also achieved gratifying results. Since 2006, 13 projects have been introduced in the town, 8 projects have been completed and 5 projects are under construction. TangRenShen biotechnology feed company, which has invested 130 million yuan in the agricultural products processing base, has been built and put into operation. It took only six months from signing the contract to trial production.
