Changsheng Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Qinggang County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Qinggang county and on the West Bank of Tongken river. It faces Tongjiang township of Wangkui County across Tongken River in the East, Beian township of Lanxi County in the south, Luhe town and zuagang Township in the West and North, with an administrative area of 139.67 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, the population of Changsheng town registered residence was 21541. As of October 2019, Changsheng town has six administrative villages.

History of construction
In 1974, the 9th brigade of Luhe Township and the 1st Brigade of zuagang Township were demolished to set up Changsheng township.
In 1981, the rural reform commune.
In 1985, the commune was transformed into a township.
