The public opinion Township, which belongs to Zhaoyuan County, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of Zhaoyuan County, Nenjiang left bank, East and Mao Xing Town, and South and West, facing the river from Da'an City, Jilin Province, North connecting with new town. As of October 2019, Minyi village has jurisdiction over autonomous village, Damiao village, gongyingzi village, Jianguo village, Minyi village and Jianmin village.
