Ningyuan Town, belonging to Bin County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Bin County, adjacent to Shengli town in the East, Qingchuan township of Yanshou County in the south, Chang'an Town in the west, and Chang'an Town and Shengli town in the north.
