Xingfu Town, belonging to Xiangfang District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the east of Xiangfang District. It borders chenggaozi town and Xiangyang Township in the East, Tiedong street and Xinchun street in Nangang District in the west, liming street in the South and Dongfeng Town in Daowai District in the north. Xingfu town covers an area of 67.5 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in happy town was 26823.

In Xianfeng Period of Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Binming District of Binzhou Prefecture. In the first year of Xuantong (1909), Xingfu town belonged to Acheng county. In the 22nd year of the Republic of China (1933), it belonged to the bogus dagaha District, which was called zhangjiayoufang township. In 1955, Xinxiangfang township was established. In May 1959, it belonged to the peace management zone. In May 1961, the agricultural production cooperatives of Yongjiu, Xingfu, Shuguang, Hongqi, Hongxing, Xinxin and Xinmin were merged into Xingfu branch of Xiangfang commune. In July 1983, it was transformed into a happy town. In April 2003, the township changed to town. As of October 2019, Xingfu town has jurisdiction over one community and 13 administrative villages.

In 2018, there were 456 industrial enterprises in Xingfu Town, including 32 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 80 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

In Xianfeng Period of Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Binming District of Binzhou Prefecture. In 1909, Xingfu belonged to Xuantong town.
