Jiangnan Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Dunhua City, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, is located in the middle of Dunhua City, bordering Daqiao Township and shaheyan town in the East, Xianru town in the south, Hanzhang Township and Hongshi Township in the west, qiuligou town in the north, with an administrative area of 333.65 square kilometers.
In August 1999, Jiangnan, Jiangdong and taipingling were merged into Jiangnan Town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Jiangnan Town was 31883. As of June 2020, Jiangnan Town has 53 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.

History of construction
In April 1985, Dunhua town was withdrawn and Jiangnan Township and four streets of Bohai, Minzhu, Shengli and Danjiang were set up.
In December 1995, Jiangnan township was incorporated into Dunhua Economic Development Zone, which is a district township integrated system.
In August 1999, Jiangnan, Jiangdong and taipingling were merged into Jiangnan Town, which belongs to the development zone.
