Xinfa Township, belonging to Tongyu County, Baicheng City, Jilin Province, is located in the southwest of Tongyu County, bordering Zhanyu town in the East and south, haoyaosumu town of Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner in Inner Mongolia in the southwest, Tuanjie Township in the west, Xinglongshan town and Wulanhua town in the north and northeast, with an administrative area of 380.16 square kilometers.
