On December 11, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved the adjustment of administrative divisions of some towns in Ya'an City (cfzm [2019] No. 14): Xinmiao township was cancelled and its administrative area was put under the jurisdiction of niubeishan Town, and niubeishan Town People's government was stationed at No. 18, group 2, Nanlin village. Niubeishan town is a town set up in Yingjing County, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province through the withdrawal of township. With the approval of the people's Government of Sichuan Province, Sanhe township was abolished and niubeishan town was established in Yingjing County. The former administrative region of Sanhe township was the administrative region of niubeishan Town, and the people's Government of niubeishan town was stationed at No. 18, group 2, Nanlin village.
