Shuanghe street, belonging to Hezhang County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, is located in the middle of Hezhang County. It is adjacent to Yemachuan town in the East, Baiguo street in the southeast and south, shuitangbao Yi Miao Township and Luozhou town in the West and northwest, and Caishen town and Dayi Township in the north and northeast, with a total area of 71.7 square kilometers.
In 1381, Fu Youde built heizhang Tucheng on the South Bank of motechuan; in 1980, Chengguan town was restored; in February 1982, it was renamed Shuanghe town; in 2017, Chengguan town was abolished and Shuanghe street was set up. At the end of 2011, Shuanghe street had a total population of 53959. As of June 2020, Shuanghe street has jurisdiction over 7 communities and 5 administrative villages, and its sub district office is located in Shizi community.

History of construction
In 1381, Fu Youde built heizhang Earth City on the South Bank of motechuan.

In 1918, Hezhang County was set up.
On January 18, 1942, the capital of Hezhang County was built into Jinzhong town.
On January 14, 1950, the people's Government of Hezhang County was established. In December of the same year, six districts were built in Hezhang County. The first district has jurisdiction over Jinzhong, Shuitang and Chengguan.
In January 1953, Chengguan Township was built.
In May 1955, Chengguan town was changed.
In November 1956, Chengguan Town, Huangni Township and Qingshan Township were merged into Qingshan township.

In January 1959, the administrative area was changed to Qingshan commune.
In August 1961, Jinzhong district was renamed Qingshan District.

In 1991, when the district was withdrawn and the township was built, Qingshan township of Qingshan District and riverside township of Caishen district were merged into Chengguan town.

The Houhe river flows out along the deep valley in the northwest and joins the Qianhe river passing through the city from west to East in huangnipo village. After passing through diaoshang village, it flows into the lower reaches of Liuchong river. The highest point is located in Qingshan village in the south, with an altitude of 2300m; the lowest point is located in diaoshang village, with an altitude of 1470m, with an average altitude of 1711km.

Shuanghe street is a tributary of the upper Liuchong river. There are two main rivers: Houhe River and Qianhe river. Among them, Houhe river flows out from Luozhou and flows through Hekou village, Xinqiao village, riverside village, Houhe community, xiajie community, etc.; Qianhe river flows out from Baiguo street and flows through Shishan community, Shangjie community, xiajie community, and flows out of Shuanghe street after the intersection of Huangni village and Houhe village through Dongshang village; the total length of the two rivers is 13 kilometers and the drainage area is 520 square kilometers. The discharge in dry season is 1.4 m3 / s, and the maximum flood discharge is 568 m3 / s.

The main natural disasters in Shuanghe Street are drought, low temperature freezing, hail, wind and so on. The most serious hail disaster occurred on April 25, 1982, with the thickness of 5 cm.
