Dazhuang Town, belonging to Qingyuan District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located 13.5km to the east of Qingyuan District, bordering Jinzhuang Township and xingjianan township of Gaoyang County in the East, Wan'an town of Li County in the south, Donglu Township in the west, Shiqiao Township and Heqiao Township in the north. The town people's government is stationed in Dazhuang. The maximum distance from east to west is 6 kilometers, and the maximum distance from north to south is 9.4 kilometers, with a total area of 26.81 square kilometers. The total area is 29 square kilometers, and the total registered residence population is 27744 (2018).

Dazhuang town is named because the town government is located in Dazhuang village. In 1961, Dazhuang commune was established. In May 1984, it was rebuilt into Dazhuang township. In November 1984, it was rebuilt into Dazhuang town. As of October 2019, Dazhuang town has jurisdiction over 17 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Dazhuang.
