Xinkai Town, belonging to Dawa District, Panjin City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Dawa District, adjacent to Xinkai River in the East, Dongfeng Town in the south, Xinli Town in the west, and bawaizi town in Panshan County in the north, with an administrative area of 67 square kilometers.
In 1948, it belonged to Zhengjia District of Panshan County; in 1985, Xinkai town was established. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in new towns was 20417. As of June 2020, Xinkai town has jurisdiction over 9 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located at No. 12 Yucai street.
In 2011, the total revenue of Xinkai town was 86.5 million yuan, an increase of 90% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 13640 yuan. History of construction
In 1948, it belonged to Zhengjia District of Panshan county.
In the autumn of 1950, it belongs to Xinkaihe district.
In 1951, Xinkaihe district was renamed the seventh district.
In 1953, it belonged to ten districts (Dawa District). At the same time, Panshan state farm was established, which was newly opened as seven branches.
In 1956, the seventh farm was changed into a new farm, belonging to Panjin reclamation area.
In 1959, it belonged to Panjin Agricultural Reclamation Bureau.
