History of construction
In 1945, it was the office of Shagang Village (brigade), under the jurisdiction of shanghezhai district government.
In 1946, Shagang was changed from a village to a Bao Village.
In May 1949, xiaofangshen district was abolished and Shagang district was established.
In June 1951, Shagang district was abolished as a district and was stationed in Henan village.
