History of construction
In October 1937, it belonged to Helong district. In November 1948, Kuancheng district was established.
In 1955, it belongs to the Sixth District of Changchun City.
In June 1957, Tuanshan street was set up, belonging to Kuancheng district.
In March 1958, it was renamed yangjiaweizi street.
In November 1958, mengjiaqiao street was merged with Erdaogou street and Kuancheng street.
In May 1960, mengjiaqiao street was renamed Qunying street.
In May 1965, Qunying street was divided into Qunying street and yangjiaweizi street.
In November 1986, yangjiaweizi street was renamed Tuanshan street.
