Zhen'an town

Zhenan Town, subordinate to Heishan County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Heishan County. It is adjacent to Dongsha River in the East, Hujia town and Changxing town across the river, Dahushan street and Duan hometown in the south, Yangchang River in the West and Beizhen City, Taihe Town, Badaohao town and baichangmen town in the north, with an administrative area of 118.65 square kilometers.

At the end of 1948, Heishan was liberated and renamed Chengguan District; on January 15, 1987, it was renamed Zhenan Manchu Township; in 2002, yangchanghe town and situn Township were merged into Zhenan Manchu Township. In 2013, zhen'anman township was abolished and zhen'anzhen was established. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Zhen An town was 30992. As of June 2020, Zhen'an has jurisdiction over 22 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Zhen'an is located at 18 Jiefang South Road.

History of construction

At the end of 1948, Heishan was liberated and renamed Chengguan District.

In 1950, it was renamed the first District People's government.

In 1954, it was changed into the people's Committee of Heishan town.

In 1958, Shili, Shengli and Yingfang were merged into Dongfeng commune of Heishan town.

In 1964, it was changed into Heishan commune.

In April 1982, it was changed to zhenanxiang.

On January 15, 1987, it was renamed Manchu Township in Zhen'an.

In 2002, yangchanghe town and situn Township were merged into Manchu Township of Zhen'an.

In 2013, zhen'anman township was abolished and zhen'anzhen was established.

By the end of 2011, Zhen'an town had one community and 22 administrative villages: Zhen'an, situn, yangchanghe, shentun, tuantaizi, Xila, dongla, Heyi, Guotun, Fengtun, Shuiquan, Wuli, Jingjia, chentun, xiawanzi, Matun, Yingfang, Yanjia, Shili, Shandong, Dongbian, daling, Yingpan; 125 villager groups. There are 56 natural villages.

As of June 2020, Zhen'an town has jurisdiction over 22 administrative villages: Yingfang village, xiawanzi village, Shili village, Daling village, chentun village, Jingjia village, Wuli Village, Yingpan village, Matun village, Yanjia village, Shandong village, dongbianhao village, situn village, yangchanghe village, Fengtun village, Guotun village, Shuiquan Village, dongla village, Xila village, Heyi village, tuantaizi village and shentun village. The town people's government is stationed in Jiefang village 18 South Road.

There are two main rivers and two tributaries in Zhen'an town. Among them, Dongsha river is located in the eastern boundary, which is a third-class river. Originated from Shuiquangou at the foot of Lushan Mountain in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, it flows into the township through Xinlitun town and Hujia town. Flowing from northeast to southwest, the river is 8.4km long and 60m wide. It passes through three villages in Shandong, xiawanzi and Dongbian. Yangchang river is the boundary river in the west, and the west of the river is the boundary of Beizhen city. It flows through dongla, Shuiquan, situn, Fengtun, Yangchang River and other five villages in the township, with a flow of 10.2 km. It is a class IV river. In addition, there is erdaohezi in the east of the township, which originates from toudaojingzi, with a length of 8 kilometers and a width of 25 meters. The downstream flows through Dahu mountain. Dongxiaohezi originates from Luojia village of Taihe Township and flows from north to south. It flows through Jingjia and chentun villages and suntun village into Dongsha River, with a total length of 5km and a width of 50m.
