Chang'an Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Donggang City, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Donggang City, adjacent to Tongxing town of Zhen'an District in the East, Shizijie town in the south, Hongqi Town of Fengcheng City in the West and Bianmen town of Fengcheng City in the north, with an administrative area of 178 square kilometers.
In November 1945, Chang'an District was established; in June 1994, Chang'an town was established. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Changan town was 14241. As of June 2020, Chang'an town has one community and six administrative villages.

History of construction
In November 1945, Chang'an District was established.
In May 1958, Chang'an Township and Tiejia Township were set up, and in September of the same year, Chang'an commune was established.
In 1966, it was renamed Hongshi commune.
In 1970, Chang'an commune was restored.
In September 1983, Chang'an commune was changed into Chang'an township.
In June 1994, Chang'an town was established.
