Pailou town, a town under the jurisdiction of Haicheng City, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southeast of Haicheng City. It is adjacent to Mafeng town in the East, Chagou town in the south, Huzhuang town in Dashiqiao City in the West and Bali Town in the north, with an administrative area of 103.98 square kilometers.

Pailou town has a complex terrain, with mountains connected and valleys crisscrossed. There are many mountains in the southeast, high in the southeast, low in the northwest and narrow in the middle plain. The highest mountain in the town, sanjiaoshan, is 368 meters above sea level, and the lowest is at the west end of Beitie village, 44 meters above sea level.

History and culture
